The Future

So what is the future in a post-Katrina climate? Oil futures for the short-term to mid-term seem to be the best bet. As the price of gas surges, so will the desire for more of it. As sporadic outages increase, so will sporadic intense buying as hoarding may become a reality.

Long-term? Defense and security related issues, and real estate still looks good.
